It's never been fully broken down, but Sam has a blanket co-writes for the entire album. I've always kinda thought that was a respect thing from Nate, acknowledging that Sam had a big part in formulating the album even if he didn't actually write on all of them. Benson Hedges was performed multiple times as The Format and At Least In Not As Sad has been mentioned in interviews to at least have pieces from The Format days. Sam posted some track names on Instagram years ago, lemme see if I can find it
