New song isn't too bad. Nice catchy riff and it pretty much continues on the trajectory the last couple albums have gone.

I feel like they should be a bigger deal on this website. They have a big following obviously but I feel like they deserve more love.

It's the same old mid tempo stuff they've been doing. It's ok. Wish they had some more speed like they used to.
Just started my first listen. The opening track is pretty good. Chris sounds amazing. I love fast/punky Flats but this plus the singles give me similar vibes to the more melodic songs on Dead Langueage. I fuck with it.
I listened to it a few more times today and I agree - I get some Dead Language vibes a few times on the album. I don't hate it.
I just finished my first listen. There are for sure a few Dead Language-esque tracks, then the rest is a bit of a mix between the last two albums. There is actually a bit more Inviting Light than I was expecting. Overall, a pretty enjoyable experience so long as one doesn't go in expecting Cavalcade (that, DL, & TGA are my favorite of their albums).
Contrary to popular opinion, I quite liked Inviting Light when it came out. It came out at the right time in my life for me.to have needed it. I still enjoy it more than most seem to. I might rank it last in their discography, but I like it a lot.
