I know Arrow already did it but I would've really liked to see everyone think Barry was dead for a few episodes while Wally and Jesse try and protect the city.

 

That world of warcraft reference though.... haha

 

What an episode. Looks like we're getting a beefed up Flash and two new speedsters.. At least.

I love this show. So well done.

 

That Jitters scene with the charge up.. So epic. I really like what they've done with Zoom this season. As well as Cisco. Was skeptical about Zoom at first, but what a great second season so far.

 

Nice follow up to last week's horrible episode.

 

Damn, that neck snapping scene was kinda brutal.

Zoom is so done

 

Safe to assume Earth 2 Henry is Jay? He had that "My Grandmother's maiden name was Garrick" moment. I'm under the assumption he's wearing the mask.

Also, the Episode 22 synopsis came out. I'm new to the thread and don't know the rules on stuff like that so I'll just tag it.

Episode 22 "Invincible" Synopsis:
After Zoom unleashes an army of Earth-2 meta-humans on Central City, Barry is shaken when he sees their leader is the Black Canary's Earth-2 doppelganger, the Black Siren. Meanwhile, Wally takes to the streets to help The Flash stop the meta-humans, which worries Joe. Iris and Henry are concerned about Barry taking on Zoom.[/spoilers]

Kinda confirms a bit of stuff there.

 

Do we need to be putting spoiler tags? I figured since this was a thread about the show we could talk freely assuming people watch it regularly. My bad if I spoiled anyone.

Liked the ending sequence, but not a huge fan of this ep.

 

Silly as it sounds, I'm most excited to see Jason Mewes in the next episode.

 

I've never really felt that The Flash seasons needed to be too much shorter. Maybe a few episodes, but I've enjoyed this show the most out of the CW shows. I think my only issue was how forced the Barry/Iris scenes felt. Even though I think we all knew they would happen.

I actually missed the first half of last nights episode. I need to Hulu it tonight.

The Flash is definitely better than Arrow at this point. Tired of them trying to make Ollie as miserable as possible.

 

Man, Tony Todd doesn't get enough credit in my opinion as the villain this season. The Candymans voice on Zoom makes him so much more menacing.

 

That's one of the things I love. Teddy Sears does a great job of portraying the voice with the blacked out eyes. Love Zoom's "demonic" style voice.

 

Personally, Sears is so much better as a villain. His Garrick was passable but his Zoom is awesome.

 

Agreed, I didn't think much of him as Jay. He's really shown his chops as Hunter/Zoom.

But like I said earlier, the first season of The Flash was awesome and I didn't think they could top it at all and so far they have in spades.

Really love Cisco, I'm hoping he becomes a major component w/Barry. His powers get fleshed out.

 

Seeing Kylo Ren in this was pretty cool

 

Didn't realize I missed last weeks episode. Both of them were so mehhhhhh

 

I have a hard time taking the voice seriously now that I know it's Teddy Sears under the mask

 

There was something comical about Barry exploding into the aether. Or maybe I'm just morbid.
