Many people called it I am the future, Flash I am the future Flash That's one hell of a difference that little comma makes
this. I have no problem with who it is, and don't have a problem with the savitar storyline, I do have a problem with the fact that is was so heavy handedly obvious and they still drag the story till the end of the season. I think it would've had a much better impact if it was revealed in the same episode he spoke through Malfoy, and then the storyline is dealing with that knowledge of who it is, and not who is it. I love this show and it's frankly thanks to the great characters and one off storylines this season that has made it so strong for me, but this "who's behind the mask" is becoming the felicity of this show.
I heard the people behind the show said there was a specific reason that they waited so long to reveal. Now that they did it, is there any apparent reason to wait so long for this?
I think it has to do with Barry's memory. They needed Savitar to still know what present Barry knows, but the team will try to prevent that next week.
That's probably what they will do... But they could have revealed it and have them try to keep Barry in the dark and still have it fail. Because the reveal later in the season still could have been Killer Frost returns and joins Savitar and still given Savitar all the necessary info.
I can't believe there are three episodes left. How are they going to drag this weak story on for another handful of episodes?
"All's Wells that ends Wells" lol. I like the reveal. Joe/Cecile stuff was good. I've really felt the character drama in these past few eps, as soapy as it can be. Looking forward to the final stretch.
That reveal made me realize how disappointed I've quickly become with the main storyline this season. But if anyone wants my full thoughts on the episode, those are here: 'The Flash S03E20: I Know Who You Are' Review | Comic Book Blog | Talking Comics
Yeah this whole season's main storyline is a jumbled mess(even last season's was pretty messy to) and I have no clue what the hell is going on. Like the episodes individually are fine but nothing is cohesive or makes sense as a whole to me
I think I just liked it better when they focused more on non-speedster villains. We've had some this season (which may have been the better episodes in general), but season one just handled things so much better to me. And obviously there's Killer Frost now, but the team up makes it a little less interesting for me. I don't think the show is horrible by any means, I just think some things could be handled a bit better.
Which in particular? Is it the other earth people or the time remnants? Heh, or is it the post flashpoint version of people? I guess there are a lot of different versions.
Exactly my point. There's alot of versions of people through various Earth's and I couldn't tell you who any of them are or where they're supposed to be. Whole thing is just way too convoluted and confusing keeping track of who's who and who's where and dear god. This coming from someone who enjoys the comics.
I don't think any of the time travel crap in this show makes sense and I'm getting to my breaking point with Barry standing around doing nothing but talking to the villains while his friends get beat up. The most enjoyable part of this episode was when Barry used his lightning to ignite that flame. Also whatever Tom Cavanagh does always works for me.
