The guy is obviously fighting some inner demons and needs help. Who knows what WB will do at this point, but it might be best if Ezra steps away from the spotlight for a bit and gets help.

Eh, it’s super vague. If there are discussions about replacing him, it makes sense that it would be after the Flash movie.
If I were one of the new execs at Warner Bros Discovery I would prefer to spend more to salvage The Flash. This way DC will actually be ready to move forward in 2023, and leave AT&T's bad decisions in the past once and for all.
Most people in the general public probably have no idea what Ezra's been up to recently so I'm not surprised to hear the movie is being received well
