really been into this one as of late

kind of like a Finnish Kate Bush with a lil bit of Bjork thrown in

which brings me to the lack of Kate Bush in this thread is sad

    Hounds of Love is immense

been quite into Mothers lately. which has kind of an angel olsen meets like...maybe daughter or courtney barnett feel; although the latter maybe more of a stretch. sometimes the vocals even fall into a joanna newsom style to me. cool tones on the guitar. any reverb plus female vocals has me sold honestly. im a sucker for all of it.

There is a really cool powerpop/alternative punk band of women called Potty Mouth. RIYL Veruca Salt, Letters to Cleo, and some other '90s female bands.

Had never heard of these guys until I walked into the middle of their set at Firefly. I will never forget hearing this song live.. never having heard it before, having no idea who they were. Chills the entire time. The studio version is great but there was something about feeling the bass and the live emotion that really sold me on this, not to mention the lyrics really spoke to me at that time. A moment I'll honestly never forget. Also had no idea how big they were!
