Arnim Zola seems suuuuuuper out of left field to me, but this series also feels very much like a sequel to Winter Soldier/Civil War, so it wouldn't be too far fetched. I think I'd be willing to get over the randomness of it if we did get Robot Attack Suit Zola lol

 

Decent ep. Nice to see Sharon back.

Daniel Brühl is good in this. It's fun to watch him talk shit to Sam and Bucky lol.

I actually thought we would see Toby Jones again in this series so you may be into something

 

I feel like he’s always whispering I have to crank the volume up to hear him.

 

I wish I could take credit for thinking of that but it was actually Screen Crush on YouTube. I just thought it would be a cool idea if it turned out to be true.

 

I like some of those Screen Crush videos, but that dude theorises waaaaaaaaay too much

 

Yeah I mean theorizing can be fun, it's just always bad when people take the theories as more than just theories and run wild with them. See: WandaVision.

 

I’m at the point where I think this show is kind....bad. Action scenes don’t really have much “oomph”, dialogue on the plane was pretty bad, and Bucky/Sam’s banter is starting to fall flat.

 

He was pretty bad about it with WV

 

I'd say this series would have the toughest time arguing for a series over a film. Feels like there isn't much reason to break it up, and that the story could have been edited to be a bit brisker.

Not disliking the series, but feels like it's more on Disney+ cause that's what's they're doing now as opposed to "because the story calls for it", but we're only half thru so who knows?

 

The biggest problem imo is that the story just drags, it gets good and then the episode is over.

 

This was every episode of 24 for me. 41 minutes of nothing, and a clever cliffhanger to get me to next week.

 

please do not compare 24 to this. come on.
