i think P Daddy is the only band in that small sect of bands I like and that was a recent thing

 

It would be a match made in heaven for me considering I feel that Pup is insanely overrated lol

 

Heavily agreed with cherry waves on both counts

 

Yeah I agree that P Daddy and Pup are both really not for me even though they’re both universally adored for the most part. Respect to them for doing what they do either way.

I guess the You Blew It comparison was especially weird for me because imo they were the most perfect band of the “revival”, or at least by far the closest to my favorite type of emo

 

Never got into p daddy but I love PUP

ok if this is gonna be on the level of the monitor then ill need to check it out

 

debut ep by crybaby. markets themselves as "less emo snowing" and "less poppy spraynard"

 

this is very much my speed.

The other ones are all very different from each other so it depends on what vibe youre feeling, though i’m obsessed with the default genders album. Just based on what i know of your tastes, I think youd dig the AMP, the Natural 20s, and Tempertwig albums. Maybe Heartscape Landbreak too (solo record of a touring member of Appleseed Cast)
