I like this instrumentally but I think I just missed a formative period for this kind of yelling vocals.

I really liked his interview with Jeremy bolm this week so I figured I’d check this out, also not into the vocals at all lol

I didn't mind the vocals. Think the album is just good not great though.

In the closer to my ears is cool and his screaming reminds me of Jeremy Bolm. Sounds like a decent screamo voice

 

New Good June EP

 

definitely leans into shoegaze and post-hardcore a little bit too, but this is distinctly loud emo at its core.

 

new Swiss Army Wife, which includes Idaho, previously released on their split with Kerosene Heights

 

this is good. kind of giving off some pity sex vibes.

 

Saw Joyce Manor and Saturdays at Your Place the other night along with Koyo. First emo show in years and the bands were good but will not be making a habit of going to these types of shows. The new Koyo songs are great live.
