This is the closest thread on here to an indie rock thread and I feel like y'all in here vibe with that kinda music anyways, so I want to recommend the new Hana Vu album Romanticism. It's really great. Hana Vu - Romanticism (May 3, 2024) • forum.chorus.fm
Usually find myself holding back on sharing my own stuff, but I've been a bit underwhelmed after releasing my band's 3rd LP two weeks ago, still think some of you might like it among some other new albums and thought I could share it in the end This is heavily influenced by Hot Rod Circuit/Blackpool Lights (at least on my end hahh), as well as SDRE, Braid etc., though of course I'm not sure how it has fleshed out eventually. We did mastering with Dave Downham from Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right B A Start one more time by the way, which is soo cool for me too (he's done stuff for The Jazz June, Dryjacket etc. that had brought me on board, also AGBPOL, Sweet Pill more recently). Rest of the technical stuff happened in Poland, so probably won't sound too exciting for people in the thread, but please, enjoy ;u
Thank you! ;u makes me happy for sure (and btw especially that my input was mostly vox and the guitar hahh, outside of some of the bass and keys)

Came here to post the same thing. Incredible news, I’ll still let that debut play 3-4 times in a row without thinking twice
heard the whole record recently and it's really really great. i think this is gonna have a moment this year
Thanks for quoting that, I've had their songs in another tab for a few days, and then forgot what it was - but now I remember that RIYL exactly was what made me save it for later. It's pretty good too, a bit of Athletics and Republic of Wolves here and there as well
Can’t stop listening to Ice Cold, really excited for that record. And I liked their last one a lot too, Turf War is a really good song.
