well it's Dylan's project, he was only in that band for Always Foreign. It sounds like The Future from that album, the only song he sang. Jordan from Rozwell Kid played drums.

During the last Arm’s Length tour they said they are recording a full band studio version of Blank Slate. I cannot wait.

The label (or whoever) accidentally uploaded the new version of Blank Slate instead of the new song on Spotify earlier. My Spotify is still playing it when I try to listen to Up In Smoke. It's really, really good. Super excited for their UK co-headline tour!
