Probably been posted before but this sounds (to me) like early bright eyes. I’ve only listened this album from 2012 but he/they have a new one out this year as well.

Just found this, wow what an album. Exact kind of scrappy poppy stuff from this genre I love. RIYL Prince Daddy, Gulfer, I Love Your Lifestyle, etc. Don’t sleep on this one people!
