Thinking more on lesser known bands that released little music

This band is great and gives me major As Tall As Lions/Minus the Bear vibes

Havent heard anything from these guys in a few years and this album is pure mathy goodness

Also on the topic of friends releasing meaningful music that doesnt get the opportunity to spread far and wide... ive posted this before but its one of my best friends musical project. Electroacoustic vibes. RIYL: The Postal Service, new It Looks Sad

saleontomorrow (Henry from TTNG's original band). I believe just have this EP:

If you like old Saves the Day / "Frame and Canvas" Braid, and well, TTNG, this is EXTREMELY your shit.

Also, in the category of one off-bands / releases—and also British, lolol and also with Henry:

Also a sick extremely low key UK project that never really got off the ground:

An obvious one is The One Up Downstairs. Also Chicago:

Also, I just really loved this band lol

All this talk of these bands took me down a rabbithole of early 2000s bands I miss. Lately been listening to Days Away, Lux Courageous, Paulson, Happy Body Slow Brain... such a good era.

  24. yeah it's just gorgeous. also I listened to it while walking my dog and the first song felt very in tune with that: "took you for a walk today/cause the sun came out" (even tho the sun isn't out anymore but w/e)
