real talk: would people rather have a playlist of all albums (including all songs i mean) posted in thread over past 2 weeks OR playlist of singles from all albums posted in thread over past 2 weeks (so only 1 song per album posted).

pretty much got everything done, just dont know which way to go. might just do both

 

1 song per album. My attention span isn't strong enough to force through whole releases of unfamiliar music repeatedly.

anyways (for those who care), heres the Emo Thread Spotify playlist.

Theres some small optimizations ill be doing on the backend of it (youtube videos + how i pick single from an album) but itll be unnoticeable . right now itll update every night getting all shared songs from last 21 days. Top of the playlist will always be most recent shares. (after 3 weeks songs will get phased out).

(( once i fix youtube links ill hook up to some other threads, hip hop in particular. right now people only basically share youtube links, while here its all bandcamp / spotify, so it works well))
