Not sure if this band was posted about but I thoroughly enjoyed their debut. Really impressive vocals/melodies and dynamics.

Also, I heard about them from this pretty in-depth article.
In its fourth wave, emo is revived and thriving

 

Yeah it’s definitely not what I was expecting and kinda weird as a one-off song but I’m interested to hear the direction the rest of the record goes in for sure

I really like both of those albums, but I probably like Wild Pink more so I’d say them, but I don’t think you could go wrong with either.

 

yup, Yolk is my AOTY right now andI caught them a few weeks ago with Thunder Dreamer. it was an incredible show and they are local so I think Warm Thoughts wins out. spun that album on my run this morning and still can't get over some of the Valencia vibes it gives off.

 

hell yeah, always loved Kyle's voice. shaping up to be a nice project, don't skip out on the EP from earlier.

 

so is there no way to look up the old thread? there was a post way back of this a female artist that had one song on bandcamp and it was incredible. wanted to go relisten to it but can't find it
