Legit one of the best records this year. It was posted about in the PC Music thread a couple times.

 

only started listening to it this week, but ya this will end up high on my list.

 

I had it a #6 on my mid-year but it’s probably moved up more since then. I admire how much they managed to stuff in there while somehow still having a cohesive vision. It’s soooo much fun too.

I keep seeing it on twitter but I have no idea

 

It pretty much encompasses everything/is unclassifiable, but at the core it’s warped, post-SOPHIE pop music.

 

100 gecs is the sound of irony collapsing in on itself

 

None of this makes any sense to me but it’s certainly intriguing

 

100 gecs is a post-irony version of Fer Sure by the Medic Droid in the best way possible

Haven't seen a lot talk about Shin Guard on the site but I think they're gaining some traction around the interwebs.

 

My band has been in the studio the past few days recording a couple songs for a split. We have Eric from Sleep In/The Progress producing for us. Can’t wait to share them.
