I agree with you but I love I Can Make A Mess too Gold Rush and Enola and World We Know and Self-Titled, ooo those are some good records
I personally love When I Hit The Ground the most from Ace’s solo work. It’s a shame we never got another record from that project.
Gonna do a full discography run through soon, but I think The Mother is my top (if we’re splitting the triple disc), then Imbue, Room’s Too Cold. I loved the Self Titled, but I need to revisit it to see where it’s at.
Small gripe. It annoys the hell out of me the the triple album is titled The Mother, The Mechanic, The Path, but then the actual order of the discs is The Mechanic, The Mother, The Path.
This has always annoyed me and legitimately had me questioning if I was reading it wrong at first lol
if they played all of The Mother and The Mechanic discs, it would be about an 80 minute endeavor. cutting 5 mins from that probably wouldn’t hurt too bad unless they plan to do what they did for the 10 year shows and play an entire greatest hits set after, which wouldn’t surprise me at all if they do. if that’s the case tho, I might not end up prioritizing going to the show near me as the other acts aren’t that enticing to me (I like Hellogoodbye… but not really anything pre-WIKY).
There's way less than 75 minutes worth of music from that album I'd want to see live or even listen to.
Haven't seen a setlist yet, but I know on social media they said they would NOT be playing My Lack of Skill, which is a super big bummer.
