this is a shameless bump with no news but i just wanted to say this band is Very Good and i know its a longshot but i hope the new album comes soon like within the next couple months

 

First thing I thought when I saw the bump was "This better be for real or the offender will pay dearly."

I've been saying how I think the scene has a really great island-tinged electro trip-hop album in it for quite some time now. I'm really hoping that TEN decided to go for it. They'd be able to pull it off.

 

Need some new tunes by these guys for the summer. When Imbue came out, I was rocking that in my car for four straight months.

 

Imbue is so good. so so so good. i think ive touched on this before but i rarely enjoy acoustic/solo singer music. i much prefer electric or full band. TEN is one of very few that i actually enjoy the acoustic stuff. that said i love Imbue because its just a lean mean rock album.

 

It's their only release without at least one acoustic track on it (unless you count The Mechanic separately from TMTMTP), which is crazy to think about. As much as I love Imbue, I did miss the traditional acoustic tracks, not gonna lie.

 

No disrespect but I really hope they never do this.

Pretty sure the new record is already being mixed. Could definitely see something coming out early summer for sure.

 

Does anyone have a copy of the Mother, The Mechanic, The Path on vinyl they would want to sell? Been looking for one on black vinyl.

 

It's not black vinyl, but there's one copy being sold on Discogs right now. It's on "oxblood" for $60.

This thread bump got me listening to Imbue today. Such a great record.

 

I’m mad that the acoustic album has so much auto-tune on the vocals. It could be so much better without it and it really brings it down for me bc it’s so distractingly obvious. I’m listening to the version of Ever So Sweet from it and it’s rough.

 

The version of Outside is so fuckin' good.
