I think Fluxy could also be Ever So Sweet. I also think this is intentionally broken off to be album by album, so I’m assuming the first three songs are all off the new album, and he doesn’t want us to know which ones he plans on playing aside from the single. I wondered the same thing!!! I think it’s possible the other green’d out song COULD theoretically be that one because based on how short the green out is, it’s likely a one word song title, and based on location it’s likely from that album.
I love seeing love for this band. Really getting amped for this record. Also would love it if they started playing hair again!
I also read it that way. From the IG post “Ace is asking y’all to fill in the blanks on our upcoming tour setlist. Don’t let him down! What do ya wanna hear?”
If anyone could find that video of Bill and Ace doing My Lack of Skill with Bill playing the piano part on guitar I would greatly appreciate it. I don't think it exists on the internet anymore but I could be wrong.
Not to overtake the video search, but you know what video I can never find when I try? The one of Ace performing Old Man..... in his studio, where he’s like going around and looping the instruments and stuff. I think it may have even been the debut of the song? I remember thinking that was so cool!
It was so good. Bill playing both the left and right hand piano parts on guitar was insaneeeee. Wish they would do that rendition again.
Hell no, I hope that's the finished setlist. Guilt & swell, my lack of skill, etc..? Those are vital to the die hard fans :)
Yeah I’d love to see Guilt and Swell live. They’ve never done that one before. I remember once they were doing a live video (I forget on which social media platform it was on) of their practice once back in 2012 or 2013 and they played part of it and I thought they’d be doing it live but never did.
This is definitely the closest Ace has come to writing something that resembles modern pop music that I actually like
