Loving the sound of the stripped-down/acoustic theme.

    Let it run Supporter

I wish more were from the old releases. I've listened to In Currents and the newest like twice, total. Over half the record is songs from the last two, smh.

Never was able to get into In Currents, though I do love Imbue.

I'm honestly more excited to hear how they tackle some of the newer songs tbh! Though I'm most excited for A Little More Time and Outside.

This is where the band is at though, it's obvious they are doing songs they care most about and the last two albums are the most important to them these days. Sure it might be a bummer for fans like you who are only into older stuff, but I'd rather they work on the songs they care about than force themselves to cater to old fans

Plus, Ace's voice is not what it used to be. Those songs from the early years would sound completely different now

My only complaint is, like, do we really need another rendition of Ever So Sweet or Sunday Drive? Idk, just seems like their inclusion is mostly for popularity's sake than anything else.

I do agree with you there, I hope they are vastly different takes

Yeah, hope Ever So Sweet and Sunday Drive are pretty different but I'm really into the selection of tracks on this.

I'm the exact opposite. I think In Currents is among their best work. Never got into Imbue.

Will definitely probably order this record.

I'm definitely more with you, In Currents is fucking fantastic. And while I do enjoy Imbue, it never hit me as hard and there are more than a few songs I still can't really recall off the top of my head

    #teamImbue

In Currents is good, but Imbue *feels* more like a proper TEN record to me, if that makes sense. Like it feels more like a progression from what they were doing pre-hiatus.

im a big fan of the tracklist as well, especially since I never listened to pre-TMTMTP much. i think In Currents is their best, but i loved imbue too.

I strongly suggest you to revisit Imbue. It's a beautiful record and much better than In Currents IMO.

Once I saw "A Little More Time" on the tracklisting- I was sold. That's quite possibly my favorite TEN song ever.

I'm curious if they're doing adding new elements to these songs since it's acoustic like strings and what not. That would be rad.

  20. I'd like to see like take time and find or something rather than another rendition of sunday drive or ever so sweet but i understand
