visited DC once for a rally. It's the only city I want to see every monument and do all the tourist shit but I didn't really have time. Would also love to visit Baltimore.
baltimore isn't that bad, DC sucks and i won't drive in there unless it's on the outskirts/more suburban regions. metro just makes it so easy
it's so weird, i lived in the dc suburbs for 22 years but i definitely didn't take advantage of all the touristy stuff, probably because i live right there. i mean i've been to a bunch of the museums and seen everything but rarely did i ever actually just explore most of my DC adventuring was on u street where all the music venues are
Richmond, VA here. every time I've visited/played either DC or Baltimore it's been fantastic. driving, not so much. if you haven't been to Dangerously Delicious Pies in either city, you are fucking UP!
I've been to the one right next to Rock and Roll Hotel for dinner, accidentally got a quiche instead of a pie, so was bummed They also brought some sweet pies into work for someone's going away party, now that's delicious.
I'm from a small town in Maryland (Olney). I go to school in Missouri though, so I don't get to hang in DC/Baltimore as much as I'd like to. But I love the area.
Hmm I might, the name/spelling is familiar. Was she involved in Rock and Roll Revival? I was, so that might be why.
