Yes, then The City This is probably better than every Brand New album tbh. It's considered a concept album?
I've heard it is, based on the end of the world and a average joes last days? Something like that. Then again, it's hard to believe IARB started out as a musical
I fall a little more in love with E&I every time I listen to it. I just start to fully 'get' it more and more with each spin.
3 best 90s albums Clarity Emergency & I EndSerenading Also could just be considered the 3 best albums
And The Ugly Organ I think he loves that one as well. I love all of those albums too. And I love Zac We are twins
i actually had this 90s talk today slint - spiderland, talk talk - laughing stock, like two built to spill records, like two bjork records, beat happening - you turn me on
Eminem - SSLP Neutral Milk Hotel - In the Aeroplane Radiohead - OK Computer Bjork - Homogenic Radiohead - The Bends my top 5 90's, ha.
Yeah if we're going outside the parameter of rock them In The Aeroplane Over The Sea, Illmatic, Staight Outta Compton, Low End Theory, Loveless, and Ok Computer would be up there too. The 90s were dope
I really like Bizarre Ride to the Pharcyde and Me Against the World as well as Illmatic. I love Bjork's other two 90's albums too and Pinkerton.
I see this thread has gone away from D-plan but I was just gonna say I should check out Emergency and I again since it didn't make much of an impression on me the one time I listened, but that was like two years ago
Yeah, give it another try. It's not the most immediately accessible album but it does a lot of really cool things.
Cool, I'm hoping it'll click with me since a lot of people love it so much Also, I do nottttt like Aeroplane
I remember hating Aeroplane when I first heard it, I honestly thought it was a joke album for a few years. I'm so glad I revisited it.
