This just rips harder every time I listen

 

I just put it on again and was thinking the same thing. I think part of it is that I had the volume turned up higher than normal because I was listening to the NPR stream of the Restorations album, and those are always extra quiet.

So basically what I'm saying is that this album gets better the louder you listen to it.

 

people that ordered the vinyl - have you recieved it yet? My record store said they can't get it until October, same with Amazon. Did the records ship from the band?

 

Nope :(

No vinyl. I emailed Dine Alone last week and they said they're still waiting on shipment.

 

unfortunately Luke’s voice is super flat on that Little Elephant session.

Kind of crazy they originally recorded that over a year ago: the new vids sound great by comparison.

Yeah lol I think it was like Sep 22 last year when they were touring with AM!

You can tell as some of the lyrics are slightly different in the songs as they had not gone to the studio yet

the hunky dory line let me know the band was for real

 

London gig was unreal, probably my favourite of the year so far, and best of all got this awesome long sleeve shirt that I'll probably never take off now. Long Live The Nil.

absolutely, though one is more a compilation than a proper album

Really bummed that I'm going to miss the NYC show due to Thanksgiving, but decided to head up to Toronto for the last show of the tour. Maybe I'll hit up the Dine Alone store while I'm in the area...
