Motley Crue Set ‘The Dirt’ Premiere Date – Rolling Stone 3/22/2019 on Netflix The story of how Mötley Crüe came to be one of the most notorious rock 'n roll groups in history. The book is one of my all-time favorites and with Jeff Tremaine directing I have pretty high hopes that this is going to be insane.
This is a massive piece of shit. Probably says something when Pete Davidson and Machine Gun Kelly are the best part of the movie.
I am so bummed I can't watch this until next week and I have some friends getting together to watch it who all read The Dirt. I look forward to theirs (and every one here) opinions.
About what you’d expect lol. Lots of sex, drugs, dysfunction, etc. Doesn’t go super into detail but you can’t really talk about everything in an 1hr 45min film.
I mean, it's pretty shitty that they show a scene where Tommy Lee punches a woman in the face and the next time we see him, we're supposed to root for him to get with Heather Locklear.
This movie was better than I was hoping for. It all the notes of a typical band biopic but it shows the depths of the terrible things the members did and what dirtbags they were (pun intended).
