I don't have a source, but I'm 98% sure that when V came out he said that it was the end of the story.
Act V is the “last rock album” in the story. Act VI was set to be an orchestral release. Looks like he dropped “Act VI” from the title of the orchestral release, but this is still it. Stoked to hear it.
