Listened to War Paint on my run today and it's still a fucking classic.

 

I haven't listened to War Paint in a very long time and I'm thinking of changing that.

 

I see I'm the last post in here, but I put War Paint on yesterday and I don't like this record nearly as much as I used to. Now firmly my least favorite by the band.

i listened to warpaint the other day and nearly cried. by far their best but it has more sentimental value to me than the others, by a lot

 

Never Feel Alone is one of those songs that I didn't love when it first released. But then I had a night which was practically that song come to life and it's now a really important song to me.

 

People always seem to discredit Permanent Rain because it's one of their biggest songs....but that song is the tits.

Also, Surfaced.

 

i love reach for the sun too and permanent rain is one of my fav songs by them but the best song on that album is easily weathered

 

The one-two punch of Surfaced and A Space To Grow is one of the most important moments of my music life.

 

Of Confidence is my favourite song I'd say.

surfaced is up there too honestly no bad songs on that album or warpaint

 

Fuck, now I'm gonna have to listen to both albums back to back.

 

Reach for the Sun brings me back to such a specific and detailed point in my life it's incredible.

The only review I ever did that went up on AP was Reach for The Sun and all the comments were about my use of "pop punk" lol

 

I was lucky enough to have them stay over at my apartment after a tiny show in Syracuse years ago (only about 20 people showed up)- it was right before Reach for the Sun came out. Will always love this band and wish they didn't end so quickly.

 

War Paint never clicked with me like RFTS did, but I always enjoyed it when I tried to get it to click. Guess I should revisit it soon. Perfect summer music.

warpaint is def big summer album for me since it came out preetty much right around this time 5 years ago and i exhausted it from then til like september at least
