The Dangerous Summer Play First Show in Four Years • Page 2

I mentioned this in the general tds thread at some point, but if you've listened to pretty much any song AJ has done guest vocals for over the years, he's sounded much more in line w/ the pre-GR albums. I'm optimistic that this album overall will be similar, since they've said this is much more in the vein of RFTS & WP and that golden record was dark. Even in the clip above of permanent rain I feel he sounds relatively the same to me as other live videos from 8 years ago...except 8 years older.

 

Can you recommend any particular features? I don't keep up with a lot of pop-punk these days outside of TDS and TWY, has he done any that really stand out?

 

Seems like he messed up his voice pretty bad. I've always had this issue with Four Year Strong after Rise or Die as well
