Starting Over/Slow Down is definitely the biggest stand out for me after one listen. Can't wait to get back to it.

the worst part is waking up and your real life having the same “feeling” as your worst nightmares. withdrawal depression is the darkest shift I’ve ever felt. thankfully I’m on day five and through the worst of it and it was really mild since I caught myself slipping after just a few days this time

Those first few days are the hardest to get through. Those nights are something I will never miss and hope I will never experience again. String the days together.

Still dont know what my favorite song is but I dig the hell out of this one.

 

When I look at the album cover and listen to Bring Me Back to Life, my goodness. What a perfect physical representation of the audio.

 

Now that I’ve heard the album I’m not convinced the album art fits too well but that’s a small nit to pick lol

 

I didn't pay enough attention to know who produced this before I came to this thread, but I love this record and proper dose. So props to Sam Pura!

 

Is proper dose worth listening to if I wrote that band off in like 2013

I was going to wait until release day but the hype is pulling me in

 

I had never really even been a fan of TSSF. I had heard songs here and there, but for whatever reason I listened to Proper Dose and it has to be one of my most played albums from the past six months. 'Take Me as You Please' is probably my favorite track off of the album, but the entire thing is great.

 

im gonna check it out. i liked under soil and dirt but lost interest quick after that

 

I think so. I like their other stuff enough but the new album makes it just about obsolete

Same! The production and songwriting are top-notch. And honestly they have never really been lacking in those departments either. They've gotten very good at their jobs.

 

Couldn’t resist listening to prologue / blind ambition and wow. Can’t wait to dive in tomorrow after reading the best stuff is still ahead.
