War Paint album cover is one of my all time favorites

 

This cover is definitely not as bad as the Golden Record cover.

 

Golden Record was their worst cover.

I actually really liked the self title artwork.

War Paint still #1 though

 

RFTS is the worst by far. So generic. Just reminds me of Hot Topic in 08/09

 

I think I didn’t listen to RFTS for a while because of the cover

 

Album cover looks like a poster to a really shitty Point Break sequel.

 

I can't listen to the cover so it doesn't really bother me much.

 

Yeah you can just put the vinyl to your ear and move it around

the photo is fine just the font is corny

 

I didn't know people had something against the cover of RFTS. It looks exactly like what it sounds like and I love it for that reason

I like Golden Record’s the most. I don’t think it’s great cover in general but it’s their best in my book.

 

i liked the last record quite a bit actually. Ghosts is such a banger.

 

I genuinely think Golden Record has one of the worst album covers of all time.

 

Honestly, that one is my favorite. It's a very pretty shot. But also kind of "we need an album cover, go find us a fitting stock photo."

 

i’m a fan of the war paint cover because i like the typography and the color palette

 

Speaking of War Paint’s cover...

Did anyone from the band ever say anything about why the cover of the War Paint vinyl reissue was missing “The” from the band’s name? I always found that to be really odd.

 

Still feels surreal to have them back so I’m ready for anything.

Never thought there was an issue with the album artwork, but I can see what some of you are saying. RFTS especially I feel like I had personal connections with that album tat extend to the concert cover.

 

That’s just shocking to me when they have a cover as painfully bad as the one for If You Could Only Keep Me Alive.. but different strokes for different folks!

 

Yeah it’s the font/type that ruin this album cover for me

War Paint is an excellent album cover

 

Every time I see Golden Record's cover, it reminds me of Incredibad

 

I'm not sold on the new song. Everything sounds really flat and weird to me. Spotify randomly put on Where I Want To Be right after the new single and it just sounded so much bigger.
