I'm going to try and not listen to this one, and just listen to the whole album at once on June 21

 

The melody of this reminds me so much of Blink’s Asthenia

Yeah I just a/b'd them and they are basically identical lol. Someone commented this on the post there and they responded with the Hallelujah hand symbol. So intentional I guess. Bring me back to Life was very similar to Letters to God from Box Car Racer as well. A.J has stated he's a huge Delonge fan, so an Homage of sorts?

 

Starting to get excited for this album which I didn't expect after the last

 

New song is amazing :)

 

I saw a pic of the setlist on Instagram. War Paint is back on the menu boys. They played the title track and No One's Gonna Need You More.

 

Really awesome song and that guitar is *very* War Paint!

 

Fuck this is so good. This band are criminally overlooked.

 

Where is everyone hearing the new song? (Thought it was out the 22nd)

So far this album feels like an alternate path they might have taken after self titled. Nowhere near the highs of Mother Nature, but sounding much more inspired than the EP and Coming Home

 

Loving these songs so far

 

New song is a banger. A poster earlier in this thread said the best songs are on the back half of the album too!

 

"I'm finally happy because I've been here before" is such a simple but effective lyric.

 

Thought of blink too, but in a good way, love where they've taken this one, love the bass too, so far it's been quite good with the singles

 

Love the music, wish there was more of a hook. Glad the bridges are coming back. These three songs feel like a return to form but there is still something missing - don’t know if it’s the hooks or if it’s something in the production?

 

Newest is my least favorite but still pretty happy with the direction/sound of the album overall
