Referring to War Paint not being played as much, listening to A.Js appearance on that Sappenin podcast, and I had a hunch this was the case, but when I said it in here before someone said it wasn't true, but AJ said he makes the setlist based on whatever has the most Spotify plays. That's the ones they choose. Like the top 12 or whatever. (Not sure if war paint has any in that top most played as I think us not being in the band can only see top 3 or 5 right?)
If he checked Apple Music play counts maybe he would because I alone have listened to war paint hundreds of thousands of times
The new album is cool, the second half in particular is really nice. The last 3 tracks are classic tds. Just btw
Are there any more lines about road head on this album, because I just don't think I could handle that.
Feels a lot more upbeat than coming home lol no I think everything else is better. Not huge on the singles, but they’re certainly indicative of the vibe. I just think the other songs do it better. Lots of guitar work that reminds me of reach for the sun (something aj pointed out too). Dreams is probably my favorite on here
This is all exciting. I think What's an hour really worth is amongst the best they've released since the reunion, and to hear the rest is even better has opened the feel gates
This is literally the best thing someone could say about this album as a lifelong fan of the band; get me a one way ticket to the hype train!
2nd Mini Doc released 20 min ago, this time on What's an Hour Really Worth?. Full band breaking it down
This was a great read. AJ is a nice guy, just a real music lifer. Others would have quit years ago with the difference things the band has been through.
