Was the hat there?

 

No sign of the hat.

 

This band is so hit and miss for me. Still think Mother Nature and Golden Record are their best outputs.

 

Yeah I think they were mostly on it for Gravity. The first 7 tracks are really good, would make a great EP. I don't dislike anything after that but there's for sure a drop in quality overall after there. Better than Coming Home at least, which again opened up super strong but petered off after 4 tracks instead.

 

Clouds In My Eyes is definitely one of the better songs on the album.

 

Anyone know if Christian is still with them on drums? I saw him post him playing with Relient K. And I looked at his profile and it says he's their drummer now and he took @dangeroussummer out of his profile. I guess we will find out Wednesday with their first show this tour

This is their new drummer. They did that transition very quietly!

 

So you’re saying the move was hidden in plain view?

 

The now-former drummer used to go to bat for the band (mainly AJ) on Reddit and whatnot. I guess that wasn't enough to secure his spot.

 

Do you think the hat got between them

 

Im guessing he chose to tour with Relient K and then they had a tour offer come up which he couldn't do. Who knows if this is permanent or not. Christian has quit and come back before, so who knows. He is perfect for TDS, especially live imo

 

Mother Nature turned 6 today.

 

Not the first time TDS and HIPV share drummers for something, I guess you could say

Which drummer is that referring to?

 

Spencer Peterson i imagine because he tracked drums for War Paint.

 

Ah cool, I never listened to Hidden in Plain View, are they worth checking out?

First ep and album are great imo, I didn’t love the last record they did personally though.
