Still dig the song but that video is rough with the sync to the actual lyrics. Also when is the last time they played a stage or had a crowd that big lol

Video would be pretty cool if the sync wasn't so bad. Wonder if it needs to be re-rendered?

I agree something is off with the sync for sure. They should fix that and re-upload. And is it me or does A.J seem really tired/hungover the whole vid lol

I've been throwing this album on every so often on bike rides and doing yard work and such, and it has grown on me a pretty good bit, aside from still thinking some of the lyrics are kinda lame. I've been trying to brush up on my mixing skills lately, and this album really slaps from a production standpoint to me (like most of their albums do) - all of the parts are clear and the arrangements really help various parts stand out at just the right time. One of my favorite things about this band is their ability to sound "heavy" without just throwing in cliche chunky guitars.

But also, their website still has a banner for the "brand new album Coming Home" and also it appears that Gravity signed test presses are still in stock? How many tests were there or did literally no one buy them? :crylaugh:

I'm really digging this Broken Glowsticks Full Length. Flows really well. Summer is my favorite I think so far

After longer with the album, the singles and Dream are the clear standouts for me. Where Did All The Time Go and Clouds In My Eyes are really strong too. The rest I'm not as high on.

At this point I'd take the full RFTS, War Paint and Mother Nature.
Then from the rest I'd have:

    12 song version:

    Catholic Girls
    Sins
    Miles Apart
    Ghosts
    Infinite
    Come Down
    Coming Home
    Sideways
    Gravity
    What's An Hour Really Worth
    Pacific Ocean
    Dream

Bonus song deluxe version also includes:

    This Is Life
    Dimensional Love
Meet Me In The Morning (that's goddamn right)
Where Did All The Time Go

Decided to check today to see if they re-uploaded this with fixed sync on the audio/video, and they still have not, and there are even band members in the comments saying they reviewed it and that it's fine.

Are these dudes okay because the sync being so terrible makes this unwatchable for me

These are two people I love when their game is at their best, and two people who have disappointed me immensely.

So, 50/50 chance it's incredible or lame

I just wanted to drop in and say Pacific Ocean is such a groove when the 2:25~ kicks in.

I've been listening to this Broken Gloswticks album over and over. I think it captures the emotion and vulnerability of Reach for the Sun. I highly recommend trying this one if you haven't. There's a looseness to it all, that makes it feel less overcooked if you will. This song really hits for me:

At this point AJ must be spending every dollar earned touring on studio time. Man is a machine cranking out tunes.

Might not be as bad as it seems, as i think some of Broken Glowsticks is done in his home spot. Also he's friends with the owner of the studio who also seems to be a collaborator on the Glowsticks stuff. AJ also posted a story recently saying he makes 100k a year now and has a beach house now too lol
