Haven’t listened again. I really hope my play on Friday goes better. (I did not like the first listen.)

 

I’m guessing I shouldn’t expect another Mother Nature

 

I like (don't love) the tracks released so far. But they are definitely on par with the best 3 tracks of Coming Home which of course are the title track, Sideways, Dimensional Love.

 

I actually feel these singles can rival the Mother Nature Singles released : Where were you when the sky opened up? and Way Down. Bring me back to Life is top shelf tho no doubt

 

This is how I feel about the new songs. The new songs give me the same feelings I get when I listen to those MN songs.

 

Will listen much more ofc but thought this was just okay on first listen

 

Meant to hop over to New Guinea this morning to give this a spin on my commute, but the morning got away from me. I'm trying to keep my expectations in check considering the mixed reactions.

 

Enjoyed this on first listen. Not my favorite by them but also didn't totally bore me like the last album did.

My first listen take is that the album is better than the last, easily, but it's not WOW greater. Enjoyable album, but didn't have much that stood out
