Hasn’t he been talking about this album for like 2 years? Honestly didn’t think it was going to ever come out.
Looks like they shot the cover February last year I like to think they went back and revisited much of it after dropping Matt & it’s not the same album written right after coming home
Kind of funny that both bands Sam Pura fell out with are releasing albums on the same day. My expectations are low for this one but I hope I’m wrong. I had loved everything post reunion until the last album which was YNE levels of disappointing lol
I don’t think that’s too much of a reach. I mean TDS I highly enjoyed until the last album. I still have hope, I’m just lowering my expectations. I know AJ can write great songs, I’m just doubting his ability to make a cohesive record given how much material he has thrown out the last few years with no real direction for his art. TSSF has been pretty inactive since Proper Dose, which is by far their best album though the new songs they’ve released are pretty average. I feel like TSSF is just a money grab at this point and the members put more passion in their side projects.
Can’t really bring myself to give a shit about this band after the last couple years for various reasons, including thinking the last album sucked. Everything besides the last one and the self titled are incredibly important to me though, so I’ll check it out eventually. But Gravity keeps making me think of the Hit The Lights’ song, so now I’m listening to Invicta
