Tried listening to this album today looking for that come in her mouth lyric after I saw a post on twitter about what song has the worst lyrics and Jesus, does this album fall off the rails QUICK after the opening track? Just un listenable track after track.

 

Album was so bad it made me so soured on having any desire to listen to the previous albums I loved … among other things.

 

I think there’s some enjoyment to get out of Dimensional Love and Gold Star but it is crazy how much the album falls off after the opening track. It was a smart decision to make it the lead single because it made me pre-order the record

 

I think the first 4 songs + Wide Open are all solid.

Everything else is pretty forgettable though.

 

It’s a decent album on its own, just falls flat compared to what I know they can do

AJ, let's just focus on writing one good record.

 

He's confusing being busy with being successful. Seems like he has for a while.

 

Happy to see he wants to focus on his health.

 

I have noticed his posts have been a lot less getting drunk/high posts and he's even posted himself in the gym with his GF in his stories. More power to him. Always a good direction.

 

Just move the writing 2 more records (and making $250k) parts to the bottom, after all the other improvement stuff first.

or write two albums and then pick only the best songs for a good EP instead.
