This song is great, I think I instantly like it more than anything on the last album + EP

I've noticed, broken glowsticks seems to have a bit more of the "emotion" than recent TDS.

Probably means nothing, but interesting they chose the drummer who left as the vid for the promo for the new album. Someone asked if he was back in and tagged him but...

Is this the same song that he teased from the soundboard that sounded huge?

It's hard to tell as it's just the drums in that vid. No other music

The Plot thickens, Christian posted this as a story and another story saying his DMs are crazy right now. Be cool if he rejoined, felt like he was a perfect fit

I think I prefer the original more, but the reimagined version is still cool.

Yeah a lot of the Broken Glowsticks stuff scratches the itch I’ve been hoping the newer TDS stuff would.

I've not listened or even heard of Broken Glowsticks but I see they have a handful on tracks on Apple Music, so I will be sure to check those out.

A.j commented under the post for this they are touring Sep/Oct with TDS opening for a an unnamed band. Wonder if that means new album August range? I know it's done... I'm guessing new single probably in July

Ready for a new album. I don’t think the last one really stuck with me at all.

Nothing has really stuck with me since a few songs off of Golden Record, including Mother Nature, which I know is sacrilege to most around here lol. But, I love those first two records enough to keep coming back and checking out their new stuff.

Have you tried Broken Glowsticks? Playing all the tracks in a row def gives me that Dangerous Summer old school emotion

I'm pretty averse to when non-native singers try to sing in another language in general, but the Spanish pronunciation in Meet Me In The Morning is really quite bad, and hard to listen to

I don’t know how to vocalize it without sounding like a nerd but the continued references to hard drugs are one of the major things that turn me off.

    Not newbie, I think Supporter

Yea that's how I feel about Trophy Eyes too. Like I can relate drug-influenced songs to different emotions and situations but if that's really all is talked about every song it doesn't get relatable and is more sad than fueling.

Love the vocals in the song, so this is still really good, but the original is just on the best tunes for me, especially the drums that Ben has still laid down on it, exceptional sound and vibe
