They were in the studio at the time, already writing and working on a new album for 2023. Surprisingly they talked about that quite a bit with me.

 

Don't really like this so far which is disappointing. Meet me in the Morning in particular is a stinker.

 

Listened to the whole podcast. Great work! So we can plan on the next album next summer.

Haven't even listened to the new album yet, but at least I snagged that Mother Nature repress while I still could. Saw it was still available and said aw fuck it.

I see I could have bought one of the original white variants on Discogs for slightly under $50($32.14 for the one I just got), but I'm good with the new repress one.

 

Dimensional love, gold star, and Goodbye are all major winners for me thanks TDS

I love Goodbye

 

Yeah that song brings a tear to my eye bout damn every time

 

I really liked Sideways and Dimensional Love but the rest didn't really do much for me sadly.

 

Goodbye is so good I’ve said it so many times but it beats repeating, that’s classic AJ lyricism

 

I am trying so hard with Dimensional Love but I still can't tell you what the melody is in the chorus. It just does not grab me. Wish I loved it the way so many of you do.

 

I'm usually hooked by the vocals with TDS, but it's the music on dimensional love that really stands out to me. Reminded me of the killers...
