    Just pre-ordered the Wish anniversary vinyl. Pretty excited about it. Pricey, but excited hah.

    But like…Self-titled is just still so good. Still a top 3 favorite for me. I need this on vinyl. I remember watching their performance on Pepsi Smash around when this album came out haha.

    After really enjoying the new No Devotion record I decided to check out some of their influences.

    Listening to Disintegration right now. This is really good. Should I just check out every other album? Maybe go chronological?

    Absolutely. Disintegration is probably the most beautiful sounding album I’ve ever heard. It’s top 3 for me.

    My favorite The Cure album is Head on the Door. Self titled and Wish are close behind it.

    if you want more pop Cure, go Head on the Door or Japanese Whispers. if you want them making the grimmest music of all time, go Faith and Pornography. or Kiss Me x3 is a fun (if bizarre) halfway point between both

    I looove Seventeen but I think it can be a bit of a turnoff for folks new to The Cure

    "A Forest" is obviously essential tho

    it will never cease to amaze me that this band released "One Hundred Years" and "The Lovecats" within a year of one another. absolutely insane behaviour
