The Cure to Reissue Wish With 24 Unreleased Tracks for 30th Anniversary

 

Goddamn FINALLY

 

This anniversary release of Wish has me revisiting it. It holds up. Still very good.

 

Open is still one of my favourites of theirs.

 

Might be my favourite of theirs honestly. It's probably between that and Disintegration.

 

High is so good.

 

Cut rips pretty hard.

Oh ya it was brilliant. Not what I was expecting only having Friday I'm In Love to base off of (in a good way). I thought it was a really nice balance of all the different sides of the band. Definitely excited to revisit it

 

Friday I’m In Love always stuck out like a sore thumb on this album. I see why it was a single. I just hardly associate that song with this album haha.

 

From the Edge of the Deep Green Sea is an underrated classic

 

I'm hoping my local store gets the 2 LP version.
