I've only seen it once though I'd probably consider it my favorite film by Lynch. I actually just recently moved into the neighborhood it was filmed in/David Lynch grew up in-- we call it the Eraserhood and there's a billboard with a picture of Henry holding the baby. I'll take a pic of it next time I pass to post it here.
Highly recommend if you are into owning films physically and if you can, of course, purchase them the great range of cult films offered by Arrow Films under their Arrow Video brand. This is what I have so far but do plan on getting more like Theatre of Blood, The Hills Have Eyes and Lifeforce.
Last night I couldn’t sleep so I watched Killer Klowns From Outer Space and my girlfriend woke up at one point and watched about 5 minutes before asking me what the fuck I was watching. Gonna try that again tonight with Basket Case
I saw Killer Klowns when I was like 7. I've loved it ever since. I think I'm gonna watch Street Trash this week. I've been meaning to watch it forever, but I'm not positive that I have the uncut version. Anyone know an easy way to tell? Or somewhere that I can see the uncut one?
It is great, I only came across the film due to getting into the band The Dickies who did the song for the film and I have loved both song and film ever since.
Side note, maybe we keep the first post of the thread updated with the movie of the week. Maybe keep a running list for anyone that misses one wants to play catch up. Sorry Aaron, I know that creates work for you haha
i have one but really only used it for Hooptober last year. i can never remember to update it or add anything to it.
I just started with this really and I'm really bad with deciding how to rate things. seems to go more in line with my level of enjoyment in the moment than a technical rating. that side of film I leave to more in depth discussions usually. but I enjoy having a record to go back to and discover things I missed. I tried to start on a backlog but that seemed overwhelming haha. Tim Mathews’s profile Edit: followed you both. and shout out to @Deanna for introducing this app to me on an episode of either Welcome to Geekdom or Chat Sematary haha
