The cover is the the original poster art that WB rejected, Kubrick’s wife and daughter designed it. I think it’s pretty neat personally, the contrasting colors and the face masks look cool.

 

I like the artwork too.

 

House Party is definitely an interest for me as well, crazy that it got a Criterion 4K but I’m here for it.

I really love the artwork they used for the cover, it’s so colorful and the illustrations are fun. IMO, it really captures that childlike atmosphere of the movie well. I think Paul would’ve loved it.
