Little Miss Sunshine, School of Rock, and Wet Hot American Summer all seem somewhat realistic. Tropic Thunder won't happen, but it sure would be entertaining.
It also depends on how you define comedy. I would call all of Wes Anderson's movies comedies. Observe and Report has a lot of love, so that might happen one day.
Borat is great (as was the sequel) but I'd be lying if all of the writers supporting Israel didn't sour me on them quite a bit I know it's very much not exclusive to Borat, but still
If Fox ever sells the footage back to Tom Green to make a Director's Cut, Freddy Got Fingered would be a fucking slam dunk.

Kino Lorber put out a 4K of the directors cut not terribly long ago. Definitely would love to see WHAS, like if you’re gonna put out every Wes Anderson movie…
