I don't believe in "ghosts". I use the term "spirits" and I believe there are spirits out there. We all have energy and when we pass on, our energy has to go somewhere. But you best bet if I lived in a haunted house with strange happenings, I'd move out so quickly :speakno:

What’s the difference between a ghost and a spirit

I believe in ghosts. I have actually went to a cemetery that was a hospital during the Revolutionary war a few times to investigate and try to communicate with spirits. I haven't captured anything crazy, but a few things I can't say whether it was or wasn't a spirit.

I love that show so much. Watching it right now actually.

Ghosts are spirits with unfinished business. Haven't you seen Casper?

When I hear the word "ghost" I think of something like an apparition, but more of someone who is out to haunt someone/spooky in nature/bad. Spirits can be bad or good. May take human-like form, but from what I read they usually don't because (at least the good ones) they're not trying to scare anyone. Spirits may appear in the form of an orb of light or may just be a feeling of energy. So to me there is a slight difference, but if others don't think so then that's fine. They can think/believe what they wish. Or I guess maybe I just prefer the term spirit over ghost

I’m always embarrassed to open up about sleep paralysis when ppl ask. Like if they’ve never experienced it it’s hard to explain and it sounds like I’m making shit up. It’s very different from a nightmare. First time I had it I woke up in tears, it’s not fucking fun.

Really? I thought it was a commonly known thing. I don't think I've talked to anyone who didn't know that it exists.

  9. My parents definitely thought I was losing it when I told them. Might be a generational thing.

I never heard about it or saw it in writing or anything until I saw some posts about it in this thread about two months ago. But I do live under rocks so I'm very much the exception.

I love telling people about it. I've seen some really fucked up shit and though I was absolutely horrified in the moment, it makes for some fun stories.

My friend just showed me this today. Wanted to take it seriously, then I saw Adam Ellis made it.

my last experience with sleep paralysis was the most fucked up thing i've ever seen. i had just watched the conjuring with a woman i was seeing at the time. she woke me up in the middle of the night saying my name, and i think i woke up too fast, because when opened my eyes, i saw a demon thing slowly floating toward me and her. i must have had a genuine look of terror in my face, because the woman became more worried in her face and voice and started asking me whats wrong. i was just watching this thing float from behind her, wanting to warn her but couldn't. woke up sweating and shit. she was scared as fuck too cuz i was just looking at her with my eyes open not saying anything.

still don't believe in that shit. i'm open to the experience and have tried going places that were supposedly really active, but nothing.

I thought the head was really awesome looking. But yeah, the dude himself seems super sketch. Plus seems to be a plug for some amusement park or something.

  21. yeah, it says a lot that i see an alleged bigfoot head and am like "hmmmm" but then the guy plugs some amusement park and THAT'S when I call hime a nut haha

plus, not sure if i should post it, but his channel is insane and there's a video of him talking about a bigfoot jerking off in his yard before showing the alleged load the bigfoot left

I known exactly what you mean. I always feel like I sound nuts although it hasn't happened to me in a very long time.

I think it is well known just the symptoms since they're different for everyone is what people find nuts about it.

Like mine was a demonish thing floating over me making a weird noise and scratching me to the point where it felt like I could feel the scratches. That even sounds insane to me haha
