I missed Becoming the Archetype. Nothing scratches that itch quite like them for me. Such a specific place in my heart since Terminate. Glad to have the Jason and Duck back.

Wish they had the three guitarists again, but it is what it is haha

Maylene is back! This is so cool.

 

Too in your face with the religion for my blood but some pretty good hardcore punk/melodic hardcore.

 

My best bud Allen Odell just put out a record he's been working on for a while. It's an autobiographical album that details the days before, during and after one of our best friends committed suicide (five years ago today). I got to do a cowrite and a couple vocal spots, but otherwise the writing and production is all him and I think it's really, really special.

Who would have thought all these bands are from NC.

 

The amount of 2000's Christian bands from NC and surrounding areas is ridiculous

 

It is a large part of the Bible Belt.
