that’s the only Bleach album I ever really got into, along with Farewell, Old Friends. such a great way for a band to go out.

Man what a great album. I think after all these years, that's their album I return to the most not Come Now Sleep which I like more on paper.

It's kind of remarkable how well it's aged. Always loved it but don't think I realized how unique it is until recently.

When the popular take here was that it was the worst of their three (when there were three), I always argued that it and Come Now Sleep were the two best and great companion albums. And I always wanted a new album from the more mature band with TJ back. (That was his name right?)

Too bad their reunion album didn’t actually quite hit like I’d hoped.

I tried to give that reunion album another shot, and idk, it just doesn’t work for me. I can hear the band I loved in it, but the spark isn’t there. Alas.

Now I’m revisiting Hell or High Water for the first time in forever. I may feel strongly that it’s #3 after the 1a & 1b of the two prior, but that’s only because those two are so good. This one really is fantastic in its own way, that’s evocative of the other two but far looser. Some super cool moments throughout. Honestly, that trio of albums is a perfect trilogy with a clear musical and lyrical arc.

yeah, those first three were a pretty perfect discography.

Scream was still good, just not on the same level as those three.

Scream is a very, very fine record from a band who had only released incredible records. It's like Toy Story 4. It's not the best but I'm glad it exists. Also love how it makes their discography into a circle stylistically speaking.

I like all of them and agree with @Lucas27 on his Scream Through The Walls take. But Come Now Sleep is transcendent. A top 20 album of all time for me

Transcendent, that is the perfect word. ACB and CNS are definitely top 3 band/album for me.

Also love the Bleach discussion earlier

Going back to the Bleach discussion again (for the first time) - I was going through my old iPod and found some demos from a promo EP they put out before Again was released. I don't know how many people have heard these or even knew they existed but I love listening to these raw versions

Hey everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve been on here but thought this would be a good place to share this. Been struggling with OCD but grateful for what the Lord has been doing in my life, and wrote up a blog to share my testimony and just thoughts I have in the moment. Hope everyone has a wonderful new year!

I like Labeled but I’m not super into the Solid State bands and I kinda lost interest in it after it felt like those were the only bands they were featuring. There’s sooo many T&N bands they haven’t covered.
