I appreciate that this is the Sunny Day Real Estate album that you rec'd.

 

I didn’t recommend it, @EmmanuelSCastle did, but it’s an album I’ve been wanting to rec as not only is it my favorite Sunny Day album, but it’s one of my favorite albums of all time.

It's also easily their best album and if there was justice in the world it'd be as acclaimed as Diary

 

Nice one @EmmanuelSCastle, I’ve noticed we’re on the same wavelength a couple of times in here. Glad it wasn’t the standard “you have to listen to Diary recommendation”. Although I love How It Feels, LP2 is my jam.

LP2 deserves it's due as well, for sure. I think I ultimately like their artsier side and Jeremy really grew into his voice on How It Feels. However Diary is still great, that three song run is monstrous, and LP2 really only suffers from the lack of vocals on some tracks, or it'd be neck and neck for my favorite.

 

Do you listen to death cab? Enjoy that album, it's very good

I've only heard Plans and Trasatlanticism. Tbh I didn't even know an earlier album existed

 

I have admitted in the past that there was a show based on the story. It’s just not 100% accurate in the details of what actually happened!
