best traditional pop punk album of the year?

 

If we are thinking of truly straight up pop punk it might be, as I guess TWY/TDS are a bit different.

I loved their EP's, but the albums have been hit and miss. This is easily my favourite of their albums.

 

yea I don't consider those other bands "traditional" pop punk they sort of took that sound and evolved it a bit.. not saying real friends is a rip off i just mean its what I think of when I think of pop punk from the early 2000s

 

Sorry that this wasn't your cup of tea, but it was worth a shot! Also, I was confused about this for the longest time when I first started listening to his music - his surname is Brothers, hence he releases his music as "Cary Brothers."
