You can go ahead and post responses whenever! Really the only time based part of it seems to be by the end of the week, and giving your recs to your partner early on so they have ample time. I also just really wanna know what you thought of Seahaven. :)

Haha no worries. I'm waiting to read it, but I have a fun little factoid about it after you post your thoughts.
Tbh I won't have a ton of thoughts just because the album is sooo short and I don't know it's just hard to talk about this one. But I've played it 4-5 times so I've enjoyed it enough.
I was given Jessie Ware - Tough Love and Fjørt - Kontakt by @mescalineeyes Jessie Ware - Tough Love : This is not really my thing but I tried to go into this album as objectively as possible and ultimately I walked away with respect for Jessie Ware as an artist and moreover as a songwriter. The lyrics are far from being profound but they serve their purpose well here. I usually find music like this to be laughably bad but there is a maturity and tastefulness to the way these songs are executed. The album flows very nicely and there are plenty of big hooks throughout. If you like pop music that isn't devoid of meaning: check this out. Fjørt - Kontakt : Fjørt is a German post-hardcore band. Now I should preface my thoughts by saying that I don't know German and am far too lazy to look up any translations of the lyrics so I just assume that what he's talking about matters, and I'm sure it does. As far as the music itself is concerned: it's impressive. This isn't really my thing either but I love the guitar and drums on pretty much every song here. Those two things are what stand out the most to me. Kontakt has many different soundscapes to offer but the vocals can be a little one note, and that was the biggest drawback of the album for me, but I attribute most of that disconnect to the language barrier. I thought this was a cool album. Great drummer
