  7. It wasn't on my list, but genuinely surprised Nearer My God wasn't higher on the list.

    Also, Jeff Buckley deserved better

I'm Emotional, I Hug the Block Prestigious

I forgot to participate in this, but I now see that most of my contributions most likely would have been completely drowned out, so I feel better. My number one would have been Illmatic, so I'm pleasantly surprised that it made the list so convincingly.

I'm on about 45/50 albums in the 200 posted so far. And only about 10/15 are actually on my list. I have a feeling most of mine are in the lower half of the table haha

Out of the top 100 I haven't heard:
    MCR - The Black Parade
    Jason Isbell - Southeastern
Tegan and Sara - The Con
    Converge - Jane Doe

The Con is an odd nickname for Converge, but I agree. Listen to Converge. And only Converge.

    Converge.

    From the top 100, I haven't heard (I think);

    Lorde - Melodrama
    The Format - Dog Problems
The Dangerous Summer - Reach for the Sun
    Paramore - After Laughter
    Mewithoutyou - Brother, Sister
Coheed and Cambria - In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth
    The Weakerthans - Reconstruction Site
Saves the Day - Stay Where You Are
    Charli XCX - Pop 2

Some of these I may have listened to once, as I recognise they were popular bands on AP - but I can't really recall for sure. Looking forward to checking some out from the big list!

I mean I could suggest it, but I would rather people listen to their best album instead.

Exactly. Jane Doe. Their best album by a country mile. I'm glad we agree on this. Good day, sir.

Haven't heard a lot of the top 100.
I've always thought it odd that I never listed to My Chemical Romance as it did grow up in its heyday. Though those were the days all that got me into new music was word of mouth by my buddies who never listened to them either or openers at concerts I went to.

I just went back and listened to the first MCR joint and liked it. Three Cheers was a big one for me when I was younger. Grew out of them before the Black Parade came out, I’ll listen eventually

Well, Black Parade and the Con were #6 and #7 on my list, so I recommend those first. :)

Southeastern is, for my money, one of the 4-5 pinnacle songwriting achievements of the past decade. Listen to "Cover Me Up" and "Elephant."

  22. What I haven't heard from the top 100:
Kanye West - My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy
    Nas - Illmatic
The Beach Boys - Pet Sounds
    Kanye West - Yeezus
    Prince - Purple Rain
Modest Mouse - The Moon and Antarctica
    Deftones - White Pony
David Bowie - The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust
    Madvillain - Madvillainy
    Nick Drake - Pink Moon
    Wu-Tang Clan - Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)
Kendrick Lamaar - Good Kid, M.A.A.D City
    Charli XCX - Pop 2
    Outkast - Aquemini

Hip-hop classics are obviously a big area I've overlooked.
